Agreements: When you subscribe to Whois Privacy Services on your domains you agree to all the terms and conditions contained in our Whois Privacy Services Agreement, Fabulous.com Registration Agreement, Fabulous.com Privacy Policy and Fabulous.com Anti-Spam Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms contained in these agreements and policies, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to revise our agreements and policies at any time.

Prohibitions: Whois Privacy Services must not be used to:

• Solicit spam, viruses or harmful computer programs;
• Infringe upon a third party's intellectual property rights;
• Violate any law or engage in any activity involving child pornography, or hateful, defamatory, bigoted or otherwise offensive behaviour.

Legal Enforcement: We do not condone the use of the internet for illegal activities and will assist law enforcement agencies wherever possible. If you are a law enforcement agency and think that we can assist you in relation to an investigation, please contact legalenquiries@whoisprivacyservices.com.au.

Service of Legal Process: Any legal process to be served in relation to a domain name utilising the Whois Privacy Service must be served at:
